The principals of Ranger have a long history of successful real estate development experience.

Our diverse real estate background includes new development of hotel and condominium properties as well as re-development of existing office, industrial and residential buildings.

We have a proven track record working not only with conventional lenders, but also with city, state and federal agencies in order to guide a project to a successful completion. We have previously utilized HUD insured financing, Enterprise Zone Bonds and Tax Increment Financing (TIF).

The Westport Inn Westport, Connecticut www.westportinn.com Ranger is in the predevelopment stages of a complete redevelopment of the property. Upon completion, the hotel will be repositioned as a luxury boutique hotel.
